Key Responsibilities
- Assist international clients with buying, selling, and investing in residential and off‑plan properties.
- Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and tailored consultations for clients across different time zones.
- Provide expert guidance on Abu Dhabi communities, pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, developers, and international partners.
- Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, market shifts, and developer offerings.
- Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and international roadshows.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, listings, and client interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate or sales is preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills will also be considered.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, French, Turkish, etc.) are a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and a client‑centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
