International Recruiter (Freelance / Part-Time)

Role Overview

HR Force International is looking for an experienced International Recruiter (Freelance) from the Europe region to support ongoing global hiring needs. This is a remote, part-time (4 hours daily), hourly engagement for professionals who are actively involved in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting international talent.

This role is ideal for recruiters who already work independently or on freelance platforms and can deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and headhunt international candidates (Tech & Non-Tech roles)
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and freelance networks for talent sourcing
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlisting
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified profiles
  • Share regular progress updates and hiring metrics

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as an International Recruiter / Talent Sourcer
  • Strong exposure to European talent markets
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
  • Own laptop + stable internet connection

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for IT / SaaS / Product roles
  • Prior freelance or remote recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with ATS or CRM tools

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week
