As a recruitment specialist, your primary role is to source and select skilled and culturally aligned individuals responsible for our business’s continued success and growth. international Collaborate with different departments to align recruitment strategies with their needs. Engaging with various internal departments head to ensure the smooth recruitment and onboarding recruitment and onboarding of recruits. You will also need to comply with the rules and regulations of the organization, ensure legal compliance, and follow the best practices in the industry. Roles and Responsibilities
The key roles and responsibilities in this role are as follows:
* Assist in formulating competitive recruitment strategies for the organization.
* Ensuring timely implementation and alignment of the strategies with the organizational objectives.
* Building effective talent pools and sourcing channels by forging strong partnerships.
* Identifying the demand and supply gap in the future workforce needs and taking adequate steps.
* Identifying effective recruitment channels and leveraging them to source high-caliber candidates.
* Engaging with multiple departments and levels of the organization to understand their specific requirements and assist them in talent development.
* Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding end-to-end.
* Overseeing the administrative tasks in the recruitment process like contract letters, offer letters, and selection reports.
* Maintaining strong relations with key internal and external Managers like hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
* Providing effective and timely feedback at every stage to the parties involved.
Requirement and Skills
The skills and qualifications listed below are essential for a successful recruitment specialist. Candidates should typically have the following:
* A minimum of 4years experience in worldwide recruitments in Shipping and Logistics
* Adept at handling social media platforms and talent acquisition software.
* Good written and oral communication skills in English language.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM applications, and social media platforms.
* Excellent candidate interaction documentation.
* Excel at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Familiar with the legal guidelines and regulatory framework.
* Understand every aspect of global, in-house recruitments .
* Ability to manage multiple sourcing channels.
* Creative, innovative, and smart worker.
* Experienced in handling stakeholder communication and conflicts.
* Possesses strong organizational skills and self-motivated individual.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
