International Recruitment Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic International Recruitment Assistant Specialist to lead Koç University’s international recruitment and digital marketing efforts within Student Recruitment Office , with the goal of increasing global visibility and attracting talented international students to our undergraduate and graduate programs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field
  • Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Advanced proficiency in English, additional languages preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset


Job Description

  • Organizing communication activities aimed at increasing the number of international students.
  • Represent Koç University regarding student recruitment by traveling abroad (attending fairs, establishing relationships with educational consultancy firms, visiting high schools and universities).
  • Develop and implement international digital marketing strategies to promote Koç University’s undergraduate and graduate programs globally
  • Strategically plan, produce, and manage content on Koç University’s digital platforms (websites, portals, and social media) targeting international prospective students
  • Manage the university’s CRM system to develop effective lead-generation strategies for prospective students
  • Create high-impact email marketing campaigns and automation workflows that nurture potential candidates and increase engagement
  • Analyze website data to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization in international markets
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and develop new strategies and ideas accordingly
