International Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a talented and driven International Recruiter to join our team at Clean and Green Services in a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. As an International Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top candidates for our international clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process to ensure we bring on the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract high-quality candidates for various international job openings.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Implement innovative and effective recruitment techniques to ensure a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a track record of success.
• Excellent ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and skills effectively.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and international hiring regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
