LD Clinic has been welcoming dental patients from across the world for the last 5 years. With the opening of our second branch and our continued growth, we are now building a new sales team to support our expanding international operations.

About the Role

As an International Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for international patients seeking dental treatment. Your goal will be to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing accurate information, building trust, and ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone, and CRM system
• Provide comprehensive information about dental treatments, packages, and travel arrangements
• Manage and follow up on assigned patient leads to convert them into bookings
• Maintain accurate records and communication notes within the CRM system
• Collaborate with the coordination and clinic teams to ensure a smooth transition once a patient books
• Support patients by answering follow-up questions and providing reassurance during the pre-arrival stage
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English required (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent sales and communication skills — confident, persuasive, and empathetic
• Customer-oriented with a professional, patient-focused approach
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable using CRM systems and online communication tools
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in medical or dental tourism, sales, or customer service
