Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated B2B Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our corporate engagement strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong business relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth, and promoting our art workshops to corporate clients, institutions, and other businesses. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion of our brand, allowing more people to experience the unique art forms we offer.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across core digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, dedicated industry portals, e-mail marketing).
- A/B Test: Design and implement rigorous A/B tests for campaign creatives, messaging, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Monitor, optimize, and allocate campaign budgets effectively to meet strict ROAS and CPA targets.
2. Lead Generation & Nurturing
- Manage and optimize lead generation funnels, focusing on quality lead scoring and minimizing drop-off rates.
- CRM Integration: Ensure smooth integration between lead capture tools (e.g., landing pages, ads) and our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for effective lead tracking.
- Nurturing: Develop automated email sequences and content pathways to move MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) through the sales funnel towards becoming SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
3. Content Creation & Strategy
- Create engaging, high-value content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership articles, pitch decks) tailored specifically to target industries and corporate decision-makers.
- SEO Alignment: Ensure all digital B2B content is optimized for search engines to drive organic corporate inquiries.
- Resource Management: Organize and maintain a library of sales and marketing resources (presentations, pricing sheets, media kits) for easy access by the sales team.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance against ROI metrics, providing actionable, data-driven insights for optimization and strategy refinement.
- Weekly Reports: Prepare detailed weekly performance reports covering channel-specific KPIs, cost analysis (CPA/LTV/ROAS), and progress towards quarterly goals.
- Audience Insights: Utilize web analytics and CRM data to identify new corporate audience segments and opportunities for segmentation refinement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to forecast demand and provide necessary marketing support throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with the product development team to align workshop offerings with market demand and emerging corporate event trends.
- Communicate marketing results and strategies clearly to leadership, ensuring company-wide strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B marketing (3+ years preferred), ideally within the e-commerce, events, or creative industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of key digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills in English (written & verbal), capable of crafting compelling business narratives.
- Mindset: Creative approach coupled with a data-driven decision-making ability.
