Lead Generation Specialist

Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lead generation tools like Apollo to identify, enrich, and segment target accounts based on ICP
  • Design and launch outbound marketing campaigns using cold email outreach, personalized LinkedIn messages, and multi-touch sequences.
  • Create engaging and converting lead magnets such as gated content, landing pages, webinar signups, and downloadable resources.
  • Build and maintain lead databases, ensuring data accuracy, enrichment, and categorization for campaign targeting.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to produce high-impact assets like email templates, banners, infographics, and case studies.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, CTR, MQL volume, cost-per-lead (CPL), and campaign ROI.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM integration to track lead progress, nurture sequences, and trigger follow-ups.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, campaign copy, and call-to-action placements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market research to discover new opportunities and messaging angles.
  • Continuously test new tools and growth hacks to increase outbound engagement and lead quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or outbound lead generation, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, Zoho and similar tools
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, cold outreach etiquette, and personalization strategies.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn automation tools, lead scraping, enrichment, and segmentation.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Creative, self-driven, and constantly looking for ways to improve lead quality and funnel performance.
