About the Role

We’re hiring Senior SEO Specialist's who can deliver best-in-class SEO execution across international markets. You’ll be based in Islamabad, working closely with our experienced UAE SEO team, contributing to strategies for high-profile clients in Dubai, London, and beyond.

Please note: This is a full-time in-office role in Islamabad. Remote or freelance applications will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage advanced SEO strategies under the direction of our UAE team.
• Carry out keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimise on-page elements (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structures).
• Support content teams with SEO-driven recommendations and insights.
• Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues (indexing, crawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals).
• Execute link-building campaigns to increase authority and traffic.
• Track industry trends and algorithm changes to keep clients ahead of the curve.
• Produce reports and insights that clearly show progress, results, and ROI.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ SEO experience in a digital agency.
• Must have worked with UK, US, and UAE clients – proven experience with international SEO campaigns is essential.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Ability to follow direction, work collaboratively, and deliver consistently high-quality work.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by measurable results.
