Your Core Responsibilities
As a key member of our sales team, you will take ownership of the complete sales cycle and play a vital role in shaping our global growth strategy.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to establish our presence in new and emerging international automotive markets.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure high-value clients and strategic partnerships around the world.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with global customers, ensuring long-term business success.
- Negotiations & Deal Closure: Lead end-to-end negotiations with international buyers, closing profitable deals efficiently and strategically.
- Market Insights: Track and analyze industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory updates to anticipate shifts and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Operational Collaboration: Partner with internal departments — including operations, finance, and logistics — to ensure smooth execution and top-tier client service.
- Target Achievement: Consistently exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining excellence in client satisfaction and deal quality.
Ideal Profile
We seek a dynamic, self-motivated professional who can operate independently while contributing to collective success.
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in international B2B sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Communication: Exceptional command of English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines, close high-value deals, and deliver results under pressure.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and data-driven sales reporting tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Knowledge of global trade practices or multilingual fluency will be considered an asset.
Compensation & Growth

- Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – 70,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
