About the Role
Renexus Resource Group is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven International Sales Executive to join our Auto Trade Campaign. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in competitive international markets and are motivated to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Design and execute effective international sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead Generation: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across global auto trade markets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key international clients.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and successfully close high-value deals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Market Research: Monitor industry developments, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue and performance targets.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven success in international sales, preferably within the auto trade sector.
• Communication: Excellent command of English (spoken and written) with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven sales reporting tools.
• Professional Qualities: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing client portfolios independently.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Multilingual ability and knowledge of international sales regulations are a plus.
