KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Process Export orders received from clients and Sales team.
2. Arrange Proforma Invoice with proper approval's and coordinate with customer for payments.
3. Follow up with Finance Manager for advance/full payments.
4. Coordinate with Warehouse dept. for readiness of goods.
5. Arrange Documentation and forward to Logistics dept. for Air/Sea freight charges and loading cut- off date.
6. Coordinate with customer, for freight charges, loading schedule, Shipment tracking.
7. Coordinate with third party inspection companies for inspection.
8. Coordinate with Laboratory & Quality Control dept. for test reports re- quired by clients and inspection agencies.
9. Share updated Price List with Export Sales Managers and within export department.
10. To handle walk in Export customers, take their orders, collect payment .
11. Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and yearly Sales report.
12. Updating finance with expected payment plans - Cash Flow.
13. To update Export dept. SOP time to time.
