Job Overview:
I&K Enterprises is seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to support the company’s international sales operations and expand its global customer base. The role focuses on generating export sales, coordinating with international clients and distributors, and ensuring smooth execution of export processes.
Position Purpose
To support export sales growth by identifying potential international clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating export operations, and assisting in the complete international sales cycle while ensuring timely communication, documentation, and shipment coordination.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive export sales targets by expanding into new markets across East, West, and Central Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, consistently exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Identify, hunt, and onboard new distributors/importers across target regions, ensuring rapid market penetration and sustainable business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end export sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong follow-ups, and effective conversion of leads into long-term strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and market trends.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and distributor terms to maximize profitability.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events to promote company products and expand business relationships.

Qualification:
- BBA / MBA / MS in Marketing, Supply Chain, or related discipline
Experience:
