International Sales Executive

Istanbul, Turkey

Rakle is one of Turkey’s leading homeware companies, designing and producing stylish glassware, candles and homeware products for global markets. With an energetic and creative team, we are expanding our international presence and looking for a dynamic International Sales Executive to join us.


What You Will Do

  • Drive sales and business development in international markets (homeware sector focus)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing ones
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and supply chain teams
  • Represent Rakle at international fairs, exhibitions and customer visits

What We Expect

  • Minimum 5 years of international sales & business development experience in the homeware industry
  • Fluent English (both written & spoken); Russian and/or Arabic is a strong plus
  • Proven skills in negotiation, client relationship management and business growth
  • Open to frequent international travel with no restrictions
  • Willingness to be based at our Hadımköy Head Office (Istanbul)
