Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound international calls to prospective clients in the construction and infrastructure sector.  Generating Formwork Leads From Construction Projects At Europe /And Middle East Countries  Well Coordination with Team Management  Explain company products (Formwork, (Shuttering Systems, etc.) to clients and understand their project requirements.  Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.  Maintain client database and record all communication in CRM or Excel.  Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending client responses.  Meet weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.  Handle client queries professionally and provide prompt assistance. Required Skills & Qualifications  Graduate / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred.  Minimum 4 years of international telecalling experience (B2B preferred).  Prior experience in Formwork / Construction material sales is a must.  Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).  Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence.  Ability to handle international time zones and flexible working hours if required.  Strong negotiation and customer handling skills. Key Competencies  Good presentation and convincing ability.  Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
