Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with international clients and partners, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and effective communication.

The ideal candidate is confident in outbound sales, has strong English communication skills, and is comfortable engaging with global clients through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and business partners.
  • Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to introduce company services and solutions.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable business solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects to move deals forward and close opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and communication using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and international sales practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with international clients is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to e-commerce, wholesale, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Understanding of online marketplaces or global trade models is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
