Business Development Executive - BDE

VIION Technology (Viper Group Company) offer Software related services (Websites, Software, CMS, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO and Graphic Designing etc.), we are looking for a Business Development Executive who can manage existing accounts, build strong client & partner relationships, and generate sales through outreach and upselling (not bidding).

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year experience in business development / sales
• Ability to generate new sales and grow existing accounts
• Experience in handling current clients and upselling services
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing client accounts and ensure long-term relationships
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current and new accounts
• Generate leads and sales through direct outreach, referrals, partnerships, LinkedIn, and other authentic channels
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and service presentations for clients
• Drive and manage sales funnels from lead generation to deal closure
• Communicate with clients regularly and act as a primary point of contact
• Gather client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery
• Build and maintain partner relationships for business growth
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Experience in handling local and international clients related to IT services and products
• Basic knowledge of software development services, frameworks, and trending technologies (Blockchain knowledge is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
