SourceCode is looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our team as International Sales Executives for our Publication Campaign. This role is ideal for candidates who want to begin or advance their career in international sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact international clients to introduce and promote publication services
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communication
• Understand client needs and present suitable service options
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain performance metrics
• Maintain records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• 0 to 6 months of experience in international sales (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
