International Sales Executive – Bark Platform

About the Role

We are hiring a results-driven Bark Sales Specialist to join our onsite sales team. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to convert Bark leads into real revenue, communicate confidently with international clients, and close deals consistently.

You will work directly with inbound Bark leads and play a critical role in driving early-stage revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and convert inbound leads generated through the Bark platform
  • Communicate with international clients via calls, emails, and chat
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals independently
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding

Sales Targets

  • Monthly Revenue Target: USD 4,000 – 10,000

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (based on experience & performance)

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Bark Specialist or in a similar sales role
  • Strong understanding of the Bark platform and lead conversion process
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience dealing with international clients is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
