International Sales Executive (BDE)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Job description:

Job Summary: We are looking for a Candidate to cultivate new business opportunities in the International market, build relationships with key clients, and drive revenue growth by understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions while managing the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients and partners in the International market.

Generating leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.

Propose and present tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Drive sales and revenue growth by effectively managing the sales pipeline.

Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Communicate effectively with clients.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and results.

Skills and Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (oral and written) skill.

Business Development Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the target market and industry trends.

Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and problems.

CRM Experience: Experience using CRM software to manage the sales pipeline.

Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree

2. Experience: Min 2 years’ experience required in Business Development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Saturday) 10 am to 6.30pm.
