We are seeking high-energy, target-driven Sales Executives to connect African buyers and dealerships with high-quality Japanese inventory. If you are a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the desk for you.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Shift: Day Shift (Monday – Friday)
• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commissions

Supplemental Pay

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Proactively reach out to and convert international leads into successful sales.
• Consultative Sales: Guide clients through the Japanese auction process and vehicle selection tailored to African terrain and regulations.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a portfolio of individual buyers and commercial dealership networks.
• Professional Communication: Conduct business via calls and emails with high English proficiency and cultural awareness.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Fresher or Minimum 06 months experience in International Sales, Lead Generation, or an International Call Center environment.
• Communication: Fluent English speaking skills with a natural ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Drive: A results-oriented mindset with a hunger for hitting sales targets.
• Education: Minimum Intermediate / A-Levels or Graduate.
• Availability: Must be able to work the Day Shift (aligned with African business hours).
