Are you a high-energy sale professional, so ready to tap into the booming African automotive market? K Com Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Japanese Used Car Export division. We are targeting high-growth markets across the African continent, including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Nigeria.

We are looking for International Sales Executives who can bridge the gap between Japanese auctions and African buyers. If you are a closer with a passion for cars and a hunger for uncapped profit -based incentives, we want you!

Job Details

· Monthly Pay: Rs 35,000.00 – Rs 65,000.00 (Base Salary) + Uncapped Incentives

· Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

· Shift: Day Shift / Afternoon Shift (To align with African business hours)

· Location: Office No. 7, 2nd Floor, Hina Center, Block-13-A, University Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Landmark: Champions Expo Building, near Usmania Restaurant, opposite Expo Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Turn inquiries from African dealerships and individual buyers into successful sales.
  • Portfolio Management: Build and maintain a "Gold List" of recurring importers and car dealers across the African continent.
  • Expert Consulting: Guide clients through the technicalities of Japanese car grades, shipping (RoRo/Container), and country-specific import regulations (e.g., QISJ/EAA inspections).
  • Market Growth: Identify emerging trends in the African market (SUV demand, fuel efficiency needs) to pitch the right inventory.
  • Target Excellence: Consistently meet monthly unit-sale targets to trigger high-tier commission brackets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Japanese Used Car Export (preferred) OR International Call Center sales.
  • Communication: Fluent English is a must. Ability to adapt tone and build rapport with diverse African business cultures.
  • Education: Intermediate / A-Levels or Graduate.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Japanese Auction Houses (USS, TAA, etc.) is a significant plus.
  • Availability: Must be flexible with shift timings to ensure maximum "up-time" with African clients.
