International Sales Executive (Japanese Used Car Export - Caribbean Region)

SBK Global Auto Trading FZC. LLC. is a growing leader in the Japanese Used Car Export industry. We are currently expanding our specialized division targeting the Caribbean market (including Jamaica, Bahamas, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, etc.).

We are looking for energetic, target-driven International Sales Executives who can bridge the gap between Japanese auctions and Caribbean buyers. If you are a persuasive communicator with a "Deal Maker" mindset, we want you on our team.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Shift: Night Shift (Monday – Friday)
• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
• Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Effectively manage and convert international leads into successful sales.
• Auction Consulting: Guide clients through vehicle inventory and the Japanese auction process.
• Portfolio Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual buyers and dealership networks.
• English Proficiency: Conduct professional business communication via calls and emails with high cultural awareness.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Call Center (Sales/Lead Generation) is preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional English speaking and negotiation skills.
• Drive: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Education: Intermediate / A-Levels or Graduate.
• Availability: Must be able to work the Night Shift (aligned with Caribbean business hours).
