Job Responsibilities
- Drive global delegate acquisition through B2B sales strategies across international markets (US, UK, APAC, Europe).
- Handle high-value enquiries professionally and deliver consultative customer success solutions.
- Exceed individual key performance indicators and revenue targets through strategic sales cycles.
- Re-engage with previous global clients and secure bookings 6–8 months in advance.
- Work with the lead generation team to build and maintain a robust client database.
- Leverage LinkedIn, digital outreach, and referral networks to drive new acquisitions.
- Collaborate with industry speakers and influencers to secure high-value delegate referrals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for retention and growth.
- Provide strategic client advisory to help create profitable event and partnership processes.
- Mentor and guide junior sales representatives when required.
Candidate Specification
- Confident, articulate, and driven sales professional with 8+ years of international B2B delegate acquisition and enterprise sales experience.
- Strong track record of delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth and exceeding quarterly targets.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives, Fortune 500 clients, and decision-makers.
- Experience managing large-scale accounts in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Technology sectors.
- Adept in data-driven sales, client success, and retention strategies.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and self-motivation with leadership qualities.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6–8 years of Delegate Sales / International Corporate B2B Sales / Global Business Development.
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship tools.
- Expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation, solution consulting, and high-value deal closures.
- Strong analytical ability for market analysis, forecasting, and strategy building.
- Leadership experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
