Key Responsibilities

• Global Engagement: Communicate effectively with international clients through outbound calls and various digital platforms.
• Lead Generation: Support the sales lifecycle by identifying and qualifying potential leads via digital marketing channels.
• Client Support: Actively listen to and understand client requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Consistently follow up with potential customers and maintain accurate records in our database.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the senior sales team to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.

Requirements (Must-Have)

• Communication: Exceptional fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and handle client objections with confidence.
• Learning Mindset: A genuine desire to learn complex sales processes and modern digital marketing techniques.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work the Night Shift consistently.
• Experience: While this is a trainee role for fresh graduates, previous experience in a Call Center or as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is highly preferred.
