Position Overview
As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to organizations across high-demand sectors such as IT, healthcare, construction, finance, and oil and gas.
 
What You ll Do
 
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Middle East market.
* Generate qualified leads and pitch recruitment services to corporate clients, including SMEs and large enterprises.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts, manage pricing structures, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Stay informed about market trends and provide insights to enhance client acquisition strategies.
 
Ideal Profile
 
* Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related discipline.
* 2 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the recruitment or staffing sector, preferably in the Middle East.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and cultural nuances of the region.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage high-value partnerships.
* Existing client network within the HR or recruitment industry is a plus.
* Previous experience working with multinational organizations or global staffing firms is preferred.
