Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the company's presence in international markets.
2. Identify potential export markets and conduct thorough market research to assess market potential, competition, and customer preferences.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new international clients.
4. Drive sales growth by actively seeking out and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
5. Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the senior management team.
8. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.
9. Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and establish business connections.
10. Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in export sales
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with international clients and stakeholders.
5. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Mumbai-based with the ability to work from our Mumbai head office.
7. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
8. Proficiency in English.
