International Sales Manager

Job Title: Manager - International Sales (Food Industry)
Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Manager - International Sales to lead our export sales efforts and expand our presence in global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in international sales, market development, and relationship management in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and agents
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and quality standards

Food Industry Specific Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with global food trends, regulations, and market demands
- Develop and manage product portfolios for international markets
- Collaborate with product development teams to create products tailored to international markets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, ISO, and others

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of global food markets, trends, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in international markets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in exporting food products, including documentation and logistics
- Strong understanding of international trade agreements and regulations
- Familiarity with food safety and quality standards
- Experience in market research and analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
