International Sales & Marketing Specialist

What will your day/week look like with us:


  • Managing and developing the existing international customer portfolio,

  • Conducting new customer and market research to create sales opportunities,

  • Contributing actively to business development processes by developing market entry strategies,

  • Representing the company during international business trips, including customer visits and participation in trade fairs,

  • Reviewing technical and administrative specifications of international tenders and managing the proposal preparation processes,

  • Developing marketing strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets,

  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research, preparing and presenting reports,

  • Entering orders into SAP and managing the entire order-to-sales process, including production, logistics, and shipment follow-up.


What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:


  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in International Trade and Finance, Sales, Marketing, Foreign Trade, etc.),
  • At least 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing,
  • Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in a second foreign language is an asset,
  • Experience in managing order and sales processes with SAP or similar ERP systems,
  • Valid passport with no restrictions on international travel,
  • Strong communication and representation skills with an analytical mindset,
  • Team-oriented, result-driven, and disciplined.
