About the Role

Ignite & Infinite is looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive (Male candidates only) to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage directly with U.S.-based home healthcare providers to promote our medical billing and staffing services, build lasting client relationships, and ensure top-level customer satisfaction.

This is a client-facing position that requires exceptional communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls/emails with U.S. healthcare clients.
• Promote and clearly explain medical billing and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective follow-ups.
• Resolve client inquiries promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Accurately log all client interactions in CRM/sales systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance targets.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of international sales experience (healthcare industry preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls/emails with confidence.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales support systems (preferred).
• Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with U.S. business hours).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Male candidates only (requirement for this role).
