Overview
ABS International seeks ambitious, target-driven International Sales Representatives for on-site B2B outreach. This calling-first role blends outbound prospecting and inbound qualification to close high-value international contracts. Structured sales training, uncapped commissions, and a fast promotion path are provided.

Responsibilities

• Run targeted outbound campaigns (phone,) and handle inbound interest.
• Qualify leads, negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy and follow 3:1 volume→pipeline best practice.
• Nurture relationships to drive renewals and retention; participate in daily huddles and call coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year international B2B sales / client-acquisition experience (BPO/outbound preferred).
• Professional English (C1/C2) with strong negotiation skills.
• Proven quota attainment record and night-shift availability (on-site, Gulistan-e-Johar).
