Overview
ABS International is hiring ambitious, target-driven International Sales Representatives for B2B outreach. This calling-first role (outbound + inbound) focuses on prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing high-value international contracts. We provide structured training, daily coaching, uncapped commission, and a fast promotion path to International Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Run targeted outbound campaigns and manage inbound interest across email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads, negotiate commercial terms and close contracts to hit revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy and activity logging (3:1 volume:pipe ratio).
• Hit weekly contact goals (50+ touches) and convert pipeline into closed deals.
• Participate in daily huddles, call reviews and ongoing sales coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year international B2B sales / client acquisition experience (BPO/outbound preferred).
• Strong English (C1/C2) with persuasive negotiation skills.
• Proven quota-attainment track record.
• On-site availability in Gulistan-e-Johar and fixed night-shift commitment.
