International Sales Representative (Night Shift)

Position Summary:
Mars BPO is hiring motivated and confident Customer Sales Representatives for our Karachi office. We are looking for energetic individuals with strong communication skills who can handle customer interactions professionally and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a fast-growing call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Present and promote company services effectively
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education
• Good English communication skills (fluent spoken English preferred)
• Sales or call center experience is a plus (fresh candidates can apply)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work in night shift
