International Sales Representative – Work From Home (Females Only)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Representative to manage outbound and inbound sales for our Australia-based campaign. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the Australian market
• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain proper records of calls and sales activities in CRM systems
• Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

• Females only (as per company policy)
• Proven experience in international sales or call center (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (neutral or fluent accent)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work night shift (3 AM – 12 PM) consistently
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
