Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented International Patient Consultant to join our growing team.
In this role, you will guide international patients through their treatment journey—from first contact to post-treatment follow-up—ensuring every step is clear, professional, and reassuring. You will manage leads, build meaningful connections, and help patients make confident decisions about their dental care.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate DentSpa’s treatments and services clearly and confidently to international patients.
• Manage and update patient information in our CRM system accurately.
• Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into confirmed treatment plans.
• Maintain professional, empathetic communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Collaborate with dentists and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow.
• Deliver a seamless, world-class experience for each patient from arrival to completion.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or medical/dental tourism.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a genuine passion for helping others.
• Results-driven, organized, and proactive in managing multiple patient cases.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Russian, Spanish, Italian, or German is an asset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is preferred.
