IBSTEC is seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Specialist to join our growing healthcare recruitment sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UK-based sales campaigns, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a competitive international market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads in the UK healthcare recruitment market
- Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach to potential international clients
- Present recruitment and staffing solutions in a professional and persuasive manner
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with UK-based clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in UK campaign or international B2B sales
- Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (fluent spoken English required)
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international sales environment
