International Sales Specialist

IBSTEC is seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Specialist to join our growing healthcare recruitment sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UK-based sales campaigns, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a competitive international market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads in the UK healthcare recruitment market
  • Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach to potential international clients
  • Present recruitment and staffing solutions in a professional and persuasive manner
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with UK-based clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in UK campaign or international B2B sales
  • Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (fluent spoken English required)
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international sales environment

Shift: UK Shift | Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 + Attractive Commission
