Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Specialist to expand our global market presence and drive revenue growth across international territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors, and executing strategic sales initiatives in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned international markets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, agents, and key clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with international partners
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade policies
- Monitor payment collections and manage credit risk for international accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in international sales or export sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of international markets and cross-border trade practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in International Business or related discipline
- Experience working with distributors and channel partners
- Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms
- Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory)
