Skyscrapers is currently looking for experienced candidates to join our team for the role of International Support Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.

• Strong persuasive skills to international clients.
• Must possess a tendency to retain pressure.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Highly organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, motivated, and energetic with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Must possess the ability to retain clients.
• Handle inbound calls and chats/emails from the leads/customers.
• Make outbound calls to achieve targets, if required.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in achieving KPIs and sales targets

Required Competencies:

• Experience in a relevant field, preferred Industry
• Strong communication and IT fluency.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills in English.
• British or American Accent.
• Good Sales Acumen and Aptitude.
• Excellent Persuasive, Negotiation & Selling Skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: Fresh/ Prior Sales experience
