International Sales & Support Executive (US Timezone – Onsite)

Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects and clients.
  • Identify client needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Close sales and achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Customer Support Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound queries from US clients via call, email, or chat.
  • Provide product/service information and resolve customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage escalations professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in International Sales, BPO, or US campaign.
  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work in US Night Shift (onsite).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skill

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs49,000.00 - Rs78,000.00 per month
