Position Summary:
We are seeking a confident and motivated International Sales Specialist to join our onsite team in Shara-e-Faisal , Karachi. The role involves engaging with global clients, generating leads, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The position is best suited for candidates who are well-spoken, adaptable, and comfortable working in a structured and secure night-shift environment that supports diverse professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue leads in international markets (US, Australia, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms
- Present the company’s services to prospective clients
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales performance updates
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in international or outbound sales
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Zoho) is a plus
- Must be comfortable working in a night-shift environment aligned with US/AUS time zones
