Role: Sales Associate / Freight Broker – US Logistics

Location: Mohali

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Associates / Freight Brokers to join our growing team. This is a performance-driven role focused on cold calling, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation within the US trucking and freight market.

Responsibilities :

• Outbound cold calling to US clients
• Generate new business, leads & convert sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate freight rates & close deals
• Coordinate with operations & carrier teams
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements :

• Experience in International Voice / International Outbound Sales / US Logistics / Travel Sales / Tele calling
• Excellent communication, convincing & negotiation skills
• Target-driven, energetic & sales-focused
• Comfortable with Night Shift
