Job description:
Skyscrapers is currently looking for experienced candidates to join our team for the role of International Sales / Support Executives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Educate customers about the product, understand their requirements, and help them get started with us.
- Test different tactics and channels to optimize the sales process.
- Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
- Handle inbound calls and chats/emails from the leads/customers.
- Make outbound calls to achieve targets, if required.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Identify Rapport Building Opportunities
- Being alert to upselling opportunity
- Stay updated about company services and continuously work on improving your communication and sales skills.
Required Competencies:
- Strong command of English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak in a clear British or American accent is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using digital tools and CRM systems; IT fluency is essential.
- Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and selling abilities.
- Demonstrated sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Fresh/ Prior Sales experience
Salary Package: PKR 60,000 - 70,000
Additional Benefits: Double Compensation on Public Holidays
Shift Details: Morning/ Evening/Night (Rotational shifts)
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
