About Our Client:
A Pakistan-based software development company delivering custom, production-grade software solutions for overseas clients. Their primary focus is long-term B2B collaboration with US companies and
high-value B2C clients across the USA, Canada, and other international markets.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an International Software Sales Executive capable of independently generating and closing overseas software development business.
This role is designed for a proven international software sales professional, not a bidding-only or proposal-forwarding profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified overseas leads (B2B and premium B2C), with a primary focus on the United States market.
  • Identify organizations seeking custom software solutions, SaaS platforms, system integrations, automation, or long-term development partners
  • Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline, avoiding low-ticket or freelance-style projects
  • Conduct discovery calls, sales meetings, and demos with overseas clients
  • Translate client requirements into solution-oriented software proposals
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing, and scopes of work
  • Independently close deals and coordinate smooth handover to the delivery team
  • Develop long-term B2B relationships with US companies, startups, agencies, and SMEs
  • Focus on repeat business, retainers, and partnership-based engagements
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and management during pre-sales
  • Own and exceed the minimum baseline revenue of USD 5,000/month
  • Drive higher monthly revenue through consistent pipeline growth
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular performance reports

Required Experience & Skills:

-Proven track record of closing international software development deals
-Experience selling to US, Canadian, or other overseas markets
-Strong understanding of custom software services beyond basic websites
-Excellent spoken and written English, suitable for US-based clients
-Confidence engaging with decision-makers (founders, CTOs, product managers)
-Experience with outbound sales channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, partnerships)

Preferred Skills:

-B2B software services or staff-augmentation sales experience
-Familiarity with SaaS, cloud platforms, automation, or enterprise systems
-Existing overseas client or partner network
-Experience using CRM tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-Performance Expectations

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time(night shift)
Location: Karachi
Experience: Min 2 Years
Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 9pm-6am PKT
