International Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a "International Sourcing Manager " for our customer

Job Description

Identify and qualify new international suppliers of gelatin raw materials. Maintain active communication with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply continuity. Monitor and interpret international regulations and ensure full compliance with food-grade and import requirements. Work closely with regulatory authorities and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date. Prepare supplier files and required cer ficates in coordina on with quality and legal departments. Follow market developments, price trends, and raw material availability. Coordinate and support audits, approvals, and reporting to the global procurement team. Negotiate and review supply conditions in line with company procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes and supplier performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food, Chemical, or Leather Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in international raw material sourcing, preferably within the food or leather industry.

Strong knowledge of import regulations and food-grade material requirements.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Excellent communication, negotiation and documentation skills.

High a en on to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Ability to work independently and manage supplier relationships across different countries and cultures.
