As we expand our global sourcing network, we are seeking independent apparel sourcing and production contractors to act as regional partners.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced apparel sourcing and production contractor who can:

• Source fabrics and ready-made wholesale garments locally
• Purchase goods on behalf of the company
• Coordinate consolidation and international shipping
• Support sample development and small-batch sewing when possible

You will operate as an independent production partner.

Core Responsibilities

Sourcing & Purchasing

• Source locally produced fabrics (knits, wovens, specialty materials)
• Source ready-made wholesale garments that meet provided specifications
• Obtain pricing, lead times, sizing and minimum quantities
• Provide images and videos of products. Send catalogs if available.
• Purchase materials and garments after written approval

All approved invoices for goods will be paid directly to vendor or reimbursed to you per agreement.

Production Support (Bonus / Preferred)

• Sew samples or small production runs yourself, or
• Coordinate with local seamstresses, ateliers, or small workshops
• Support low-MOQ production for:
• samples
• small batch orders

Quality Control & Consolidation

• Inspect items before shipment for:
• construction quality
• sizing accuracy
• defects or inconsistencies
• Consolidate multiple items or vendors into organized shipments
• Prepare goods for international export

Shipping & Documentation

• Coordinate shipment of goods to USA
• Use Company–provided shipping labels and commercial invoices,

OR your own shipping account (DHL, FedEx, UPS) if available + bill to company

• Ensure accurate documentation including:
• item descriptions
• country of origin
• material composition
• quantities and values

Shipping costs are covered by company.

Compensation Structure

Compensation will be agreed upon per project and may include:

• Service fee per order or per month
• Percentage-based sourcing or coordination fee
• Sample or sewing fees (if applicable)

All terms will be defined in a Production Services Agreement.

• Proven experience in apparel sourcing, garment production, or manufacturing
• Strong local vendor and factory connections
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Familiarity with export documentation and international shipping
• Detail-oriented with strong quality standards
• Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven
