International Spares Procurement Executives

KKD Marine & Industrial Supplies is looking for 2 Procurement Executives to source drilling rig spare parts from global sources.

Key Role would be :

• Managing end-to-end procurement of oil & gas equipment, MRO spares, valves, instruments, hoses, safety products, and project materials.

Sourcing globally from OEMs and authorized distributors in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia to meet technical and delivery requirements.

Evaluating vendor quotes for compliance with API, ASME, ATEX, NACE, ISO and other industry standards.

Leading RFQ processes—floating inquiries, obtaining competitive quotes, conducting techno-commercial evaluations, and finalizing best offers.

Performing landed cost analysis including freight, customs duties, incoterms, and currency impact for accurate pricing decisions.

Negotiating pricing, MOQs, lead times, warranty terms, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings and timely project execution.

Issuing purchase orders, tracking production progress, and coordinating logistics for EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, and DDP shipments.

Working closely with project managers and site teams to understand material specifications and urgency levels.

Monitoring supplier performance on quality, delivery, responsiveness, and documentation compliance.

Reviewing data sheets, drawings, and technical clarifications before order placement to avoid mismatches.

Ensuring full compliance with import/export regulations, HS codes, and oil & gas industry quality requirements.

Maintaining strong relationships with global OEMs, EPC contractors, drilling companies, and supply chain partners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
