Job Description:We are looking for a strong inside sales and key accounts professional from an industrial background who can own revenue conversion from the office.This is not a back-office or coordinator role. This is a business-driving role responsible for converting enquiries, demos, trials and approvals into purchase orders from large industrial customers.This role is ideal for someone who is currently running the sales engine from inside an industrial distributor, MRO supplier or engineering company and wants more ownership, authority and growth.Key Responsibilities:You will own a set of industrial key accounts across steel, power, cement, mining and heavy engineering sectors.You will drive end-to-end follow-up and conversion of enquiries, demos, trials, approvals and purchase orders.You will coordinate with field sales, customers and internal teams for demos, trials and closures.You will plan and execute webinars, customer campaigns and product promotions and ensure they convert into orders.You will maintain and drive the sales pipeline using Excel or CRM and ensure regular reviews and closures.Your core responsibility is to ensure that no opportunity is left without a clear decision.Daily Work:Structured follow-ups with customers and internal teamsCoordinating demos, trials, samples and approvalsDriving closure conversations with customersUpdating and managing pipeline and follow-up plansReviewing progress weekly and driving actionsWho Should Apply:You should have 5 to 10 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, sales support, application support, key accounts or industrial sales.You should have experience dealing with factories, plants, projects and customers from maintenance, safety, engineering or purchase departments.You should currently be handling follow-ups, coordination and conversions in an industrial or MRO or engineering products company and want more responsibility and growth.Please Do Not Apply If:You are from IT, software, SaaS, FMCG, insurance or real estate.You have only done telecalling or pure order processing.You have never dealt with industrial or plant customers.Performance Measurement:Pipeline value and conversion rateDemo and trial to purchase order conversionClosure cycle timeCampaign and webinar to order conversionRepeat business and account activationWhat We Offer:Competitive salary plus performance incentivesManager-level responsibility and ownershipDirect impact on business growthClear growth path to senior commercial rolesAbout the Company:We are a growing industrial hand safety and no-touch tools company working with steel plants, power plants, cement, mining, oil and gas and heavy engineering companies across India and globally.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Manager – Key Accounts (Safety Products)

KKD Marine &amp; Industrial Supplies is looking for 2 Procurement Executives to source drilling rig spare parts from global sources.Key Role would be :<ul><li>Managing end-to-end procurement of oil &amp; gas equipment, MRO spares, valves, instruments, hoses, safety products, and project materials.</li></ul>Sourcing globally from OEMs and authorized distributors in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia to meet technical and delivery requirements.Evaluating vendor quotes for compliance with API, ASME, ATEX, NACE, ISO and other industry standards.Leading RFQ processes&mdash;floating inquiries, obtaining competitive quotes, conducting techno-commercial evaluations, and finalizing best offers.Performing landed cost analysis including freight, customs duties, incoterms, and currency impact for accurate pricing decisions.Negotiating pricing, MOQs, lead times, warranty terms, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings and timely project execution.Issuing purchase orders, tracking production progress, and coordinating logistics for EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, and DDP shipments.Working closely with project managers and site teams to understand material specifications and urgency levels.Monitoring supplier performance on quality, delivery, responsiveness, and documentation compliance.Reviewing data sheets, drawings, and technical clarifications before order placement to avoid mismatches.Ensuring full compliance with import/export regulations, HS codes, and oil &amp; gas industry quality requirements.Maintaining strong relationships with global OEMs, EPC contractors, drilling companies, and supply chain partners.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
