Manager – Key Accounts (Safety Products)

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong inside sales and key accounts professional from an industrial background who can own revenue conversion from the office.

This is not a back-office or coordinator role. This is a business-driving role responsible for converting enquiries, demos, trials and approvals into purchase orders from large industrial customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is currently running the sales engine from inside an industrial distributor, MRO supplier or engineering company and wants more ownership, authority and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

You will own a set of industrial key accounts across steel, power, cement, mining and heavy engineering sectors.

You will drive end-to-end follow-up and conversion of enquiries, demos, trials, approvals and purchase orders.

You will coordinate with field sales, customers and internal teams for demos, trials and closures.

You will plan and execute webinars, customer campaigns and product promotions and ensure they convert into orders.

You will maintain and drive the sales pipeline using Excel or CRM and ensure regular reviews and closures.

Your core responsibility is to ensure that no opportunity is left without a clear decision.

Daily Work:

Structured follow-ups with customers and internal teams

Coordinating demos, trials, samples and approvals

Driving closure conversations with customers

Updating and managing pipeline and follow-up plans

Reviewing progress weekly and driving actions

Who Should Apply:

You should have 5 to 10 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, sales support, application support, key accounts or industrial sales.

You should have experience dealing with factories, plants, projects and customers from maintenance, safety, engineering or purchase departments.

You should currently be handling follow-ups, coordination and conversions in an industrial or MRO or engineering products company and want more responsibility and growth.

Please Do Not Apply If:

You are from IT, software, SaaS, FMCG, insurance or real estate.

You have only done telecalling or pure order processing.

You have never dealt with industrial or plant customers.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
