As part of our global expansion strategy, we are strengthening our recruitment presence in Central Asia and are seeking an experienced professional to lead student recruitment in this region.

Position Summary

The International Student Recruitment Manager – Central Asia will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract students from Central Asian markets (including but not limited to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan). This role focuses on building agent networks, managing partnerships, and driving enrollment growth while ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement student recruitment strategies for Central Asian markets
  • Identify, appoint, train, and manage education agents and recruitment partners
  • Achieve enrollment targets for assigned regions and programs
  • Conduct market research to understand student demand, competitors, and trends
  • Represent the institute at education fairs, recruitment events, and school visits
  • Provide accurate information to students and agents regarding programs, admissions, visas, and tuition
  • Work closely with admissions, marketing, and academic teams to support recruitment initiatives
  • Monitor agent performance and ensure compliance with institutional policies
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports, forecasts, and market analysis

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in international student recruitment or education marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Central Asian education markets and student mobility trends
  • Established network of education agents and partners in Central Asia is a strong asset
  • Experience recruiting students to international institutions (UAE, Canada, UK, Australia, or similar destinations preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English (required)
  • Russian and/or Central Asian languages (Kazakh, Uzbek, etc.) are strong assets
