Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Student Recruitment Officer to lead and expand our recruitment efforts across the Middle Asia market, including countries such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Tajikistan. This role will be instrumental in promoting our programs, developing recruitment channels, and ensuring a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified international students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan targeting the Middle Asia region.
• Build and manage relationships with education agents, international schools, government bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in the region.
• Represent the institute at international education fairs, virtual events, and other promotional activities.
• Advise prospective students and parents on program offerings, application processes, and visa requirements.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to support student conversion and enrollment.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, market performance, and ROI on marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations in both the UAE and source countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international student recruitment, specifically in the Middle Asia region.
• Strong understanding of the educational landscape and cultural dynamics of Central Asia.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian or a Central Asian language is a strong asset.
